Cary R. Singletary is a full time arbitrator and mediator in Tampa in matters concerning business disputes, employment discrimination, employment disputes, labor-management disputes, private employment contracts, class actions, and tort claims (including personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice).
He has served as a Distinguished Professorial Lecturer and Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution at Stetson College of Law where he taught Alternative Dispute Resolution, Collective Bargaining and Labor Arbitration. He regularly serves as a Primary Trainer in the Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator Training. His extensive arbitration and mediation experience in federal and state court cases enables him to understand the challenges facing attorneys.
