Arbitration Fees for Civil Disputes:
$2,000 per each day of scheduled arbitration days, plus $250 per hour for all pre-arbitration and post-hearing matters, including study and award preparation time. Cancellation/rescheduling charge: One-half daily rate for all arbitration days canceled or rescheduled with less than 10 calendar days notice to arbitrator. Travel time/travel expenses: No travel time charged for arbitrations within in Florida. Arbitrations outside of Florida: travel time to be determined in consultation with parties. Out of pocket travel costs and any necessary lodging/meal expenses are charged for arbitrations outside of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Hernando, Manatee and Sarasota Counties Florida.
