Labor/Management Grievance Arbitration Fees: $1,000 per day for all scheduled arbitration days and for study and award preparation time.  Cancellation/rescheduling charge: Full daily rate for all arbitration days canceled or rescheduled with ten days or less notification to arbitrator.  Travel time/travel expenses: no travel time for labor/management grievance arbitration in Tampa Florida. Out of pocket travel costs and any necessary lodging/meal expenses are charged for arbitration’s outside of Hillsborough, Pinellas,Pasco, Polk, Hernando, Manatee and Sarasota Counties Florida. Travel time/travel expenses for Labor/management grievance arbitration’s outside of Florida: one-half daily rate for travel each way, out of pocket travel costs and lodging/meal expenses.  (Major Credit Cards Accepted)
