Mediation Fees: $300.00 per hour with a minimum charge of three hours.  Cancellation/rescheduling charge: there will be a cancellation/rescheduling charge of 3 hours for mediations canceled or rescheduled with five business days or less notification to the mediator.  Travel time/travel expenses: No travel time or expenses charged for mediations within Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Hernando, Manatee, Sarasota, or Orange counties Florida.  Travel time/travel expenses outside listed counties: to be determined in consultation with parties. All charges are divided equally between the parties unless agreed otherwise.  The mediator assumes no authority to cancel, reschedule, waive physical presence, or authorize telephone attendance.
